An official PHP searchbar tool

Hello. I have already talked about this addon I developed for Firefox. I've dealt with Moacir, using the official PHd resources and have launched a new release of this addon, which is much better and stable. I've seen the new PHP web prototype that has been developed and I wonder what I could do to "formalize" this addon. I want it to become the official PHP addon for Firefox, once PHP is the language with the best documentation/structure for such task. Besides that...I was wondering that are the chances(and to whom I should talk) to have something like a "web service" to retrieve an official list of conferences, straightly from php.net. Of course, new features can be added, specially refering to php.netintegration(and pecl/pear as well).
