Usernotes indenting.

Hi.
For a laugh, I use the work-in-progress style when I build the Windows
CHM files for my own use.
The usernotes are currently indented so to not underwrap the left hand menu.
In the CHM file, there is no left hand menu (there isn't going to be
one as the navigation is taking care of by the CHM reader application)
and that leaves the usernotes with a big indent.
Changing the CSS from ...
.docs .layout-content, .docs #usernotes {
to ...
.docs #layout .layout-content, .docs #layout #usernotes {
fixes this for me and leaves the web version untouched.
I don't have karma.
