Gooooowd I hate wikis. But good idea.
For the past decade the bugtracker has served this purpose with
feature ideas and bug reports, but I guess things change.
Please make sure these pages are linked from somewhere, otherwise they
just get lost and we create 50 instances of the same page over and
over again.
I added it to https://wiki.php.net/web - and linked the
redesign
howtohelp page too (which apparently wasn't there either *sigh*,
sorry!).
