Yes, I just figured there was a reason why the other releases has this
file and followed suit. Linking to SVN would make sense, maybe there
was some concern about traffic hitting it (I'm guessing).
Does anyone know why the NEWS file was added with the 5.4.0 alpha1
news entry (the first in this trend of uploading the news file)?
