Moving to git

Hi I just realized noone has notified this list about the very likely move to git in the next couple of weeks.. As per https://wiki.php.net/rfc/dvcs the plan was to move php-src first, but that plan has changed slightly. systems/ was moved today, and the current plan is to move individual web/ repos over to git in the next few days. Each repo will have its own github mirror, which is automatically updated on every push, so you can fork, play around, and share stuff via github before pushing to http://git.php.net/ if you want. -Hannes
