Fixed in 7.23.1 - November 17 2011
Bugfixes:
* Windows: curl would fail if it found no CA cert, unless -k was used.
Even if a non-SSL protocol URL was used
Can anyone tell me what is the process for having this fix implemented into
the latest php release. I just downloaded 5.3.9 and I notice it still has
curl version 7.21.7 .
We decided to move to a combination of Windows Server and Wordpress
(http://www.digitalsupplychaindistribution.com/2011/12/28/2012-beginning/ )
for our client sites and all of them that use commission junction, do not
function getting a curl error 60 . So I need either php.net to upgrade curl
or how I can implement the change on our part. I have been following steps
from the IIS site with no success.
Any help will be appreciated.
