Maybe I wasn't clear on what I expected. When reloading the page, I
expect a new code, not the same code with a new look. How is that secure
it you feed a bot the same code over and over until it's clear enough
for it to read?

Thanks but I'm not a total idiot. Both are enabled. Does it in the
latest Firefox and IE6

Description:
------------
The CAPTCHA on your bug report page is busted. Reloading the page
always displays the same code. On the page it says "If this image is
hard to read, reload the page."
