PHP6

Dear sirs, I am really sorry to bother you with my problem but some months ago I downloaded the beta-version of PHP6, made a course around it, bought books (for the school) about it in my language and now suddenly PHP6 (the addons and downloads) has dissapeared from all the official PHP sites were you could download it, why? I was testing it and it was such an improvement! Why is it removed? Whats wrong with it? Which bugs or problems made it too bad too handle? It's quite important to me because I was starting my course about PHP6 a week ago and now suddely the WAMP site has changed and also on the official PHP-site I can't find the add-on back.
