phpDocumentor template based off php.net website

Dear Webmasters, I would like to ask permission to offer my users a template that mimicks the most recognizable elements from the php.net website's look and feel. This template would then be featured at http://www.phpdoc.org/templates. I have created a CSS file that applies the necessary styling and intend to include a copy of the PHP Logo (though if requested can be omitted). Attached to this mail is a screenshot of what the template would look like. Thank you in advance, Mike van Riel Project lead phpDocumentor
