FW: Wiki Access

Hello, I don't have the permissions to edit the main start : rfc page, but wanted to know if you could replace the "Property get/set syntax<https://wiki.php.net/rfc/propertygetsetsyntax>" link on the main page to the one I've created which is the same document without the ambiguities and implementation details, having both seems to be a confusion point.
