I'd like to have a section that randomizes our thanks-to on the front page and shows just one provider, with their logo, name and link, and a quick synopsis of what they provide to the project. Then, I'd like to completely get rid of the thanks.php page. It's really insulting to those who really do want to support the project when someone emails us saying something like, "pls advise how i can gets thanked on ur php.net site." Because of popularity, PR, whatever, we're essentially providing a venue of free advertising. Instead, that should be limited to folks who readily and consistently provide outstanding service --- as the majority do. Perhaps we not only make these (or similar changes), but also only allow listing in the thanks-to section after 30 days of issue-less service? Just throwing some unprompted suggestions into the mix. -- </Daniel P. Brown> Network Infrastructure Manager http://www.php.net/
