PHP 5.4 (5.4.4) Installer

Hello, I was wondering why there is no Installer for 5.4 but there is an installer for all older versions? Your documentation for installing 5.4 suggests using the installer and I was confused as to why all other older versions had one but not the latest version. Hello I am trying to upgrade from 5.3 to 5.4 in my Windows 2k8 server. I tried to do a search for php upgrade and found virtually nothing useful. From what I understand that all I need to do to upgrade from 5.3 to 5.4 is to download the zip folder. And then paste 5.4 files over the 5.3 files (except for php.ini). Is there a more appropriate way to upgrade or is this the correct method? I did this and my site seemed to work but one of my main java scripts failed. Thanks, Eric
