reST related fixes

Hi, I noticed today, that we still use the files from svn for the http://php.net/reST pages. I think I properly fixed up the code to fetch the files from git ( http://git.php.net/?p=web/master.git;a=commitdiff;h=0f44d494a50b168b363c1e60dd09f5a19e6fe21e ) instead of svn, and to properly display and link those files from the phpweb code ( http://git.php.net/?p=web/php.git;a=commitdiff;h=0056617265d628e250c52b95b99df90bcd0f00bc ) I talked with Hannes and Philip about this, and they said, that this part of the codebase is a little bit .. obscure, so albeit I verified that it worked in my local dev environment, but if anything comes up, feel free to drop me a mail about it. -- Ferenc Kovács @Tyr43l - http://tyrael.hu
