Re: Need your help.

The php.net website itself provides a copyright notice for IPR at the very bottom, left-hand side, of each page: http://php.net/copyright.php The PHP manual text and comments are covered by the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License: http://www.php.net/license/index.php#doc-lic The manual itself is open sourced so anyone is free to copy its contents as well as its source code under those creative commons terms. You can even find a link to the source code at the very bottom, right-hand side, of every page on php.net.
