Webmaster,
Can't you make your website more user friendly? Why isn't there a simple
support email to ask questions? Why don't you supply a simple manual on how
to set up and operate PHP? You really make this program a nightmare for the
everyday person or company who needs a program. I have spent over ten hours
trying to understand how to make list and sending out emails, where to go to
for sending out html or text messages.
I have found errors in your email after someone signs up for the newsletter.
after clicking on the link given it should give just his newsletter list,
not all of them. There are list in there for other types of customers that
are for my eyes only and not for my customer to see. Also, you have a
"text to prepend to email" which has errors with "mailinglist" run together,
"Sorry to bother you" is a sentence and should have a period after you, and
"subscription.We are run together.
PLEASE HELP ME ON THE FOLLOWING:
1. Where can I find a report of who is unsubscribing or who wants to
subscribe?
2. Where are some type of instructions such as a list of email addresses you
require such as noreply@(DOMAIN NAME) , webmaster@(DOMAIN NAME)
abuse@(DOMAIN NAME) postmaster@(DOMAIN NAME) listreports@(DOMAIN
NAME) etc? I have temporarily changed them to my email address to receive
them until I can set up more email addresses IF they are necessary.
3. Where can I go to for my answers? I had trouble getting into your forum.
Once I did it is asking for ICG Number, AIM address, (I have no idea what
these are) and I do not have MESSENGER. What is LOCATION and INTEREST?
This can be a lot more explanatory. Where is GMT for time zone? How do I
know to add or subtract hours if I don't know where GMT is? Once I
completed your login it will now NOT LET ME LOGIN. Please explain.
