New interface

Hello. At the first, I must thank you from you and your team for making new interface for PHP.net. It's more comfortable from the previous one. Just there is one item that I would like to tell you. I think the floating menu in the right side of the page annoy visitors. It's above the texts that visitors want to read and they have to scroll the page to read that part of the text. I hope you make a good decision for it. Thank you -- Best wishes, Mohammad Bagher Saberi
