Hello all,
Hope you all are well.
I'm writing to ask for wiki write access for my wiki account - easen. I've
submitted a patch for negative string offsets to the github PHP repo as
I've been told that it will require a RFC to be created, so people can vote
on whether or not this is to be included into PHP.
This is not the only RFC I would like to submit, I have got a few others in
the pipeline but I would prefer to learn how to walk before I can run ;-).
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Marc
