PHP Logo licensing

Hello, I have been trying to mail the group@php.net regarding PHP logo licensing but since so far I got not reply I wonder if the message was received. Therefore I am mailing again here so you can try to help. Our site has been giving away to the site users elephant PHP mascots plush toys produced by Nexen/Alterway. However they seem to have stopped producing them and it seems to not be possible to order them anymore. Therefore I decided to start producing a small batch of our design plush toy also to give away. We are not going to sell these to anybody. Meanwhile a company from another country that organizes a PHP event wanted to order the production of batch of our plush toys to give away in the event. I am not involved in that event. In that case I need to charge an amount that covers all the costs.
