They are indeed supposed to have the /from/a/mirror "path" appended to the end, which redirects to the mirror selection screen. From there, I tried multiple translations and multiple mirrors, and saw no issue. If you still see this behavior, please let me know which mirror you're using to try to download, which translation, and which format you're trying to get, and any other relevant information you believe might be helpful.
