With Text this time -- was: php[tek] 2013 - Call for Papers

My apologies. I've been informed through backchannels that I should have included a full HTML description of my conference announcement, and an appropriate logo/badge to be posted to php.net. The "Let us know" link didn't mention any of that, and hence the rather sparse original submission. Please feel free to change any of this around. But here goes: Image to use: http://tek13.phparch.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/tek13_badge.png Title to use: php[tek] 2013 Conference Description HTML to use: <p>We are pleased to announce that <a href="http://tek13.phparch.com/">tek13</a> will be taking place this year again at it's traditional location in Chicago, IL.
