To be more specific (Thanks Chris); These languages are marked as
inactive as they no longer builds and do not have active translators,
below is the last revisions made to them:
pl: r325143 - 10 Months 2 Weeks (Philip even 'fixed' the build twice)
fa: r324921 - 10 Months 3 Weeks
