php5ts.dll error to Server with Apache/PHP

Good evening, we are a company that assists a client computer owner of a public server with Apache PHP 5.2.14.14 and 2.2.16.0. Randomly slows down the site and Windows reports the following error "Faulting application httpd.exe, version 2.2.16.0, faulting module php5ts.dll, version 5.2.14.14, fault address 0x0000adc9. " We tried to replace the file with php5ts.dll a stable version, inserting on both C: \ php C: \ Windows as per procedure but randomly the error ripresente. There is a procedure to solve the problem? Thank you. Buonasera, siamo una Azienda informatica che assiste un cliente proprietario di un Server pubblico con Apache 2.2.16.0 e PHP 5.2.14.14. In modo casuale il Sito subisce rallentamenti e Windows notifica il seguente errore "Faulting application httpd.exe, version 2.2.16.0, faulting module php5ts.dll, version 5.2.14.14, fault address 0x0000adc9. Abbiamo provato a sostituire il file php5ts.dll con una versione stabile, inserendola sia su C:\php che C:\Windows come da procedura ma in modo random l'errore si ripresente.
