This script should give your copy&paste buttons little less work when
adding new releases.
Usage; cd phpweb/ && ./bin/bumpRelease major_version_number
It will update the include/releases.inc array for you now so you no
longer need m4d copy&paste skillz when moving releases to the
"historical releases" page.
