New php.net website

Afternoon, My name is Andrew and I am a front end and php developer from Yorkshire (England) I have been looking at the new (beta) site and would like to offer my services to contribute. Are the issues on the "howtohelp" page the latest issues that need looking at? Is cloning the repo and making pull request based on these issues the best way to get cracking? any feed back/direction much appreciated thanks Andrew atmd.co.uk
