Thank you for your work including recompilation of php. But in nature, other
than en locale (ja, it, pt_br, zh, es) chm files should have sit there.
I found my jenkins job was misconfigured and fixed it to build other than
en files, so could you run fetch-chms.php again when you get a chance?
