Manual pages. For example http://php.net/manual/en/function.mktime.php
gives 3 JavaScript errors related to JQuery.

Which page on which mirror (exact URL) are you accessing? I can't see such an error.

Hi. PHP.NET website has a script error. You included jquery-ui.min.js, but not the JQuery.js itself.
So it gives runtime JS errors.
