So.. We don't use external projects and we keep things extremely
simple. Mostly because people come and go and we need to be able to
fix things very quickly.
Discussions happen on php-webmaster@lists.php.net (please subscribe by
sending a blank email to php-webmaster-subscribe@lists.php.net), so if
you are planning on a major thing or adding potentially controversial
thing.. please send a email first.
Other then that, we practice "commit first, ask questions later" for
people that have been involved for a long long time. That being said,
since you do have karma now you are trusted to Do The Right Thing.
Error on the side of caution for your first few commits/merges.
Some of us also hangout on #php.doc on EFNet if you wanna join in.
