We recently switched over to a new DocBook rendering application which
currently does not support the CHM format and we honestly do not have
anyone that understands the CHM format and/or has the time to
implement it.
We do have a "Google Summer of Code" student though. He will be
working on it this summer so we will hopefully get the CHM building
again later this summer.
