CentOs /tmp directory has got huge big temp files with php prefix

HI Guys, I have got CentOs and from last 2 weeks I am getting problem of temporary directory of my system getting full because of some tmp files with php prefix are generating everyday and they are also updating.More serious thing is that they are of big size and about 30 and 40 files are creating. Just because of this files,some other functionality which uses tmp directory not working.Recently mysql gives error "free some memory from tmp directory". I have also attached the image of that files. Could you please help me to know why they are generating and they are big ?How do I stop to create them ?or how to move them into another directory so tmp directory size issue will not be there?
