Registration for wiki account

Hello, My name is Westin Shafer. I am attempting to create a new wiki account so that I can become involved in the discussion of new PHP development and hopefully one day to be contributing to the language. Unfortunately when I attempt to register using the form, it just seems to go back to the registration page as those I just hit refresh on the screen. Here's what I typed into the form: Username: wshafer Real Name: Westin Shafer E-Mail: wshafer@relivinc.com Which email address do you have to mail now? php-webmaster@lists.php.net Thanks in advance, Westin Shafer
