Doesn't matter if the page is short or long. Even if you just click the "back" button, you will get at least a 5 second hang. Even if JavaScript is disabled! It's the style sheet causing such a massive delay. Granted, I am using an old machine - a Power Mac G5, with Safari 5.0.6, but it makes the site unbearable to use, especially the docs.
