Indeed, that seems to be the case. I'm currently using php.internals
(reading only), php.general and php.webmaster via NNTP, and it works,
albeit I sometimes have timeouts, especially when accessing individual
posts one by one. However, I do prefer newsgroups over mailing lists,
so I'll live with this issue.
