Real life, mostly. This is entirely my fault, as I said I'd write it,
and then spent the next three months moving apartments and speaking at
conferences — which I'd factored into my original planning, but
apparently not very well.
I wrote a draft while flying from Perth to Auckland on Tuesday, which
I now have some feedback on from the relevant people. I'll be updating
that today and we'll see where we go with the second draft: hopefully
it really will be out very soon.
