This link contains non-English comments in the English (/manual/en) section of the web page. I
suggest it is moved to the relevant language’s page (Spanish?).
http://uk1.php.net/manual/en/language.namespaces.rationale.php#114107
Also, I could not find a feature to easily flag issues against comments.
Dave.
