php.net design

Hello, I am a french student who's building a website in order to share courses about the domain that I study ; right and laws. I was wondering if I could use something similar to the php.net website design for my project. It really looks great ! I haven't seen any copyright informations so I thus take the initiative to contact and ask you. Access to courses that I (and everyone who's interested in that project) will share will be free. No commercial use, no ads. Looking forward to an answer from you, Anthony L. Note : english isn't my native language, please excuse me if there is some mistakes in that email.
