The reason it is set to hidden is so the header doesn't go behind the
page tools; this is was a big problem when we had a background for the
headers which is why overflow:hidden is there in the first place.
Since we no longer have a background removing the overflow: hidden
rule might fix the issue but I will probably shorten "Change
language:" to "Language:" anyway.
