I like to create an RFC for a new unsigned integer type
.... but I can't register to the wiki - what I'm doing wrong?

I put the following in the form but nothing happen (no mail, no error):

Real name: Marc Bennewitz
E-Mail: php@mabe.berlin
Which email address do you have to mail now?: php@mabe.berlin
(also tried the last field empty)
What does "Which email address do you have to mail now?" mean?
