I can't find the cite off hand, but I think we roughly had consensus
on following Google's browser support policy last time we discussed
it: the current and immediate previous versions of the major browsers
(Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari). Our own twist on that is that I don't
think anyone really cares about any version of IE. :)
