Hello.
This pertains to the PHP list called listes.projetmontreal.org .
I emailed you folks a few days ago about having to log-in multiple times. Now I'm writing you
because a mail-out that I did two days ago, and only once did I send this, has somehow resulted
in my group's newsletter being sent out multiple times -- up to 256 times, in fact. This has
irritated quite a number of people.
I would like a good explanation as to: 1) why I had to log-in multiple times on Monday after 12 noon
(EST), thus being unable to do any further work?; 2) why the PHP service was down for the past
two days?; and 3) why this the server being down resulted in multiple send-outs?
Please be reasonable and give me a response. I still haven't heard from you folks about my
first inquiry. Until this problem is solved, I cannot send anything else out. I don't dare risk
it.

Hello.
I'm having problems managing my PHP lists. After logging-in, the system asks me to log-in again
and again for each function. I've lost a bit of work doing this. I find it a very inefficient
way of doing things. Do you folks have any idea what the matter could be?
