Hi folks,
I haven't seen any notes from any php.net owned sources on the outage, but
it seems the PECL site has been offline for several hours now (
https://www.reddit.com/r/PHP/comments/3r3x33/peclphpnet_not_available/
being one source where I first learned of the issue, followed by failed
Travis-CI builds). Is there any information on this outage or an ETA for
when it'll be up again?
