ah ha! OK. That makes sense then! Though as a side-discussion, I wonder how effective that is. (IE: If it should maybe show up the first 'few times' that someone comes? Or even just always until they click an 'X' to mean "OK OK, I get it) Because I know at least my own use-case, is usually than when going to php.net, say, for some documentation, I usually type in php.net, and then instantly hit the search bar or click on Documentation. Without really reading what's on the main page. So hitting me again with the green bar would be really useful. May be for others as well. ESPECIALLY for important news like: PHP7 released.
