Indeed it does seem to be Windows related. All browsers have the symptom that i tried on Win 10. In
Nix (Mint 17) (or OS X) its fine.

Well, I took a cursory glance at it on Mac OS X 10.11 in Chrome and Firefox. Could not reproduce
there. I'm guessing it has to do with Windows font settings somehow.

I can reproduce the issue with IE 11, FF 43 and Chrome 47 on
Windows 7.

What browser and OS are you using?

Thanks for changing that package. I dunno why but "Website problem" is not available in
the list when submitting a new bug.

Description:
------------
There seems to be something broken with the bold "&" character of "Source Code
Pro" font used on php.net. When "&" is placed in <code>, within a
<strong>, it gets a weight of 700 from CSS. This causes a strange character that looks like a
smear to render.
Rando page its on: http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.operators.bitwise.php
