Description:
------------
When using either the search that is automatically added to Chrome, or typing in a URL like
php.net/searchterm, the search terms are incorrectly escaped for Google Custom Search.
It would be nice if links like this would work:
http://php.net/array%20functions
Expected result:
----------------
Search for "array functions"
Actual result:
--------------
Search for "array%20functions"
