There is not really much info to go on here, all in all it sounds more like a configuration problem
on your side, check your logs and see if they yield something useful

When any website running on PHP is updated, it will not run anymore in IIS 10, since august 2017 on
Windows 10 Ultimate.
IIS: Internal Server Error 500.
When PHP files are updated to a newer version (v5.4 up to v7.1.8), PHP will not run properly in IIS
10, since august 2017.
