Suddenly stopped getting messages from php-announce

Hello, I'm subscribed to the php-announce mailing list, to stay on top of the php versions as they get released. For some reason, the last release announcement I got was for PHP 7.1.7 . I was quite surprised that we are now on 7.1.11 and that I have not gotten an announcement for it, or any of its predecessors. I tried to subscribe/unsubscribe my email from the php-announce list, but the system tells me that there are "problems" and that I should try again later. I'm guessing that there is something wrong with my subscription... Please advise.
