Req #75547 [NEW]: Show anchor when hovering over the headers

From: lex Operating system: PHP version: Irrelevant Package: Website problem Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description:Show anchor when hovering over the headers Description: ------------ Currently in PHP documentation the anchor (¶) is visible only if you hover the mouse cursor at the end of the header https://imgur.com/H8KHz2F, which is not very convenient and it is not obvious that it is possible to copy the link to this header. Therefore, it is better to make the anchor displayed when hovering.
