I'm Marcella Bigvai Asgard Web developer in php. I have been working on a
framework for more than 5 years, now I would like to launch the project
officially in my country, I intend to do basic training on php, I would
like to obtain from you a franchisement allowing me to deliver certicats on
php basic programming. My company is recognized by the state of my country
but I would like to be more assertive. I would like to know the procedures
for having this authorization. I would like my students know that their
certificates are honored by the PHP group.
