Loving PHP Suggetion

Dear Sir, I am C/C++ programmer . I write program for own enterprises . I use my own data structure for DBase, Excel, BTree... ! Why I have own file format because data is expenisve ! So I do not trust public program . So all my design dos not need DataBase, Access, Foxpro and so on SQL data tools . Now I developing my career to web client . Data still be most important I have learn ASP, JSP, HTML, CGI, JAVA , C# and so on PHP . There are many disvantages for different program . Eg ASP , for a C/++ programmer , poeple seldom learn low grade VISUAL BASIC which C can do everything on PC . For JAVA and JSP ,they develope lot of sub-function application such Applet . Java need user to install virtual machine to view java code on internet . C# is really very slow and unwanted language to develope .net Frame platform . If people choose Windows system . Why still need .net Frame platform to slow down the PC machine . Finally I found PHP has lot of advantages. PHP seems connecting C/C++ to Internet output . The advantage is PHP just need to install on Server which client has no need while Java need clients side to install Java virtual machine which slow down speed. If PHP does some improve below , PHP will be perfect tools in future . The slogan of C/C++ is make it simple as possible . Following this spirit and output the result to web . 1. Adopt C/C++ keywords and syntax, remove own keywords . eg define (MAX_VAL,4); by C : #define MAX_VAL 4 2. Direct scripting will be disvantage on security . If I write PHP in scripting language to decode my data, though client will see my result only, it is no good if someone steal my PHP scripting language to know my decode method . So Scripting should be complied to PHP code or byte code . Then these code can be called by PHP script from server . 3. PHP will need IDE and PHP Builder to complete visual design . 4. If PHP can link to PC Machine code .exe . This will be most powerful and perfect PHP in next ERA ! rgds, Viman Lau
