My access is incomplete

Back in November, I'd completed the form at https://secure.php.net/mailing-lists.php as Eli White wanted to help me gain karma to help with the load of PRs coming in for the conference page of the site. My login for PHP:QA seems to work fine (user adamculp), and at one point adamculp at php.net forwarded correctly. However, I had not attempted pushing the git repo to merge any PRs until now. Today, adamculp at php.net no longer forwards, my login for the PHP:QA site works, and I am also able to clone https://git.php.net/repository/web/php.git using those credentials. However, I am not able to push back to it after merging a GitHub PR using the handy reference on the PHP:QA site.
