fail in phpmyadmin

Hello, My name is Adrian. I don’t know If you can help me. Since one month more or less my PHPMYADMIN change. Now I enter in one table and if I try delete one line it not Works. If I delete the same line in commands it Works perfectly. I don’t know if this issue is for this warning. My table have 1200 lines and when i open the table appear this warning. This warning appear always?? Or if I change the max_input_vars in php config this don’t show more?? After this. I select one line and click delete. Now is the issue, after click in delete and ok the line will be delete but no. I click ok and phpmyadmin go to this page and if i click continue show me a “select * from …” but don’t delete the line.
